2.Licensed Washington State Retailer

Herbs House is a state-licensed, medically endorsed cannabis retailer regulated by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. All products are sold in compliance with Washington law and may only be purchased and possessed by adults 21 and older within Washington State.

Cannabis remains illegal under federal law and may not be transported across state lines. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws that apply to you. Nothing on this Site is intended to encourage any activity that violates applicable law.

3.Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

4.Online Menu and In-Store Pickup

Our online menu lets you browse products and place orders for in-store pickup at our Ballard location. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• Pickup only: All orders must be picked up in person at 716 NW 65th St, Seattle, WA 98117. Payment is completed in store, and an ATM is available on site.
• ID required: You must present valid government-issued identification showing you are 21 or older when you pick up your order.
• Availability and pricing: Menu items, prices, and promotions are subject to change and are offered while supplies last. In the rare case of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel or adjust an affected order.
• Order limits: All purchases are subject to Washington State legal possession limits.
• Right to refuse: We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where required to comply with state law or regulations.

Online ordering is provided through a third-party menu platform, and your use of that platform may also be subject to its own terms and privacy practices.

5.Product Information and Health Disclosures

Content on our Site, including blog posts, product descriptions, and educational pages about cannabinoids and terpenes, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using cannabis, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

6.Deals, Promotions, and Rewards

We regularly offer deals and specials and operate the Herbs Rewards Club for our regular customers. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available in store only, while supplies last, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Rewards program enrollment, points, and member discounts are subject to program rules, and information you provide when enrolling is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents, including the Herbs House name and logo, text, graphics, photographs, page designs, and layout, are owned by Herbs House or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
